Under Arrest., is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in partnership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Governors' Highway Safety Association (GHSA) and law enforcement agencies nationwide. The comprehensive impaired driving prevention program focuses on combining high-visibility enforcement with heightened public awareness through advertising and publicity.
